This should be Pvt. Philip Buchecker.
In my tree I have him as being the son of Jacob & Margaretha Buchecker and the husband of Fanny Musser. They have 2 kids Melinda & Elizabeth Jane. Melinda married George Albert Libert and Elizabeth married Thomas I. Oram.
