HENRY W. WAGNER

Henry W. Wagner, 87, of Louis Corners Rd., died Saturday morning, Nov. 23, at his home
He was born Feb. 11, 1915, in the town of Liberty, son of the late Albert and Marie Gries Wagner. Henry attended Pigeon River School in the Town of Liberty.
On Nov. 26, 1938, he married the former Gertrude Oehldrich at St. Gregory Catholic Church in St. Nazianz. The couple farmed in the Town of Schleswig until their retirement in 1990. Henry was a member of the Kiel Tri-County Co-op board of directors for morethan 27 years, past delegate to the Lake-to-Lake Co-op, past Land-O-Lakes district board member for nine years, past Lake Land Egg Co-op delegate, past School Board member for nine years, past member and delegate of Feeder Pig Co-op, past president of Town of Schleswig Farm Bureau, past member and organizer of Lakeshore Farm management, and attended Kiel Adult Farmer Night School for 25 years.
In his free time Henry enjoyed playing sheepshead and Skat. He also enjoyed bowling, woodworking, flowers and gardening.
Survivors include his wife of almost 64 years, Gertrude; his children,
Richard and Ruth Wagner of St. Nazianz; Gene and Charmaine Wagner
of Reedsville; Joyce and Dennis Behnke of Chilton; James and Carol
Wagner of Kiel; Kay Burechert of Two Rivers; Fay and Rudi Hartlich
of Two Rivers. He is further survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great-
grandchildren. Henry is also survived by three brothers, Clarence Wagner
of Valders, Francis Wagner of Kiel, and John Wagner of Wrightstown;
one sister, Marie and Kenny Bonde of Milwaukee.

Henry was preceded in death by five brothers; Theodore, Edwin, Herbert, Walter, Stephen; and one sister, Alice.
