Taylor died in Reynolds GA, was thought to be buried at Roberta City Cemetery but his burial has not yet been found or proved. His death notice published in the Macon (GA) Telegraph, issue 3/30/1887, page 7, implies he was buried somewhere in Macon; Rose Hill and Riverside cemeteries have no record of him; His daughter Maria Hollis (mentioned in the clipping) and her husband are at Rose Hill.
