Note: About Hays Baxter White . US Congressman. He was elected to represent Kansas' 6th District in the United States House of Representatives, serving from 1919 to 1929. He also served as Mayor of Mankato, Kansas and was a member of the Kansas State Legislature. Buried at Mount Hope Cemetery, Mankato, Jewell County, KS. He married Diana Parsons, of Jefferson County, Iowa.
