HARTSELLE - Funeral for Maggie T. Grubbs, 86, of Somerville will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Antioch United Methodist Church with the Rev. Kathryne Perkins and the Rev. Vandon Windsor officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at the Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs Grubbs died Monday, Nov. 2, 1998, at Sunrise Convalescent Center. She was born Feb 12, 1912, in Morgan County to George M. and Estelle Turney. She was a member of Antioch United Methodist Church and was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Virginia White of Somerville; one brother, George W. Turney of Huntsville; two sisters, Dove Anderson of Casper, Wyo., and Cois Clements of Decatur; and one grandchild.
