Bobby Jack Williams, 72, of Ozark died Friday, Sept. 22, 2006, in Ozark. He was a graduate of Ozark High School in 1952, a veteran of the United States Army, member of the Arkansas Skeet Shooting Association, retired assistant superintendent of the Fitzhugh Steam Plant in Ozark and attended the First United Methodist Church in Ozark. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Ovelia Williams.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25, 2006, at First United Methodist Church in Ozark with burial at Highland Cemetery in Ozark under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sonya Hicks Williams of Ozark; two sons, Gary Lee Williams and his wife, Dawn Williams, of Ozark and Steven R. Williams and his wife, Teresa Williams, of Ozark; two sisters, Deon Pritchard of Ozark and Betty Culver and husband Tom Culver of Ozark; one brother, Denver Williams of Spiro; and five grandchildren, Chase, Megan, Joshua, Alex and Katie Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ozark First United Methodist Church.
