A service will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the Farmer Funeral Home, 45 Roseland Ave., Roseland.
Mrs. Tracy was associated with Northeastern Bible College in Essex Fells for 40 years. She was the first registrar and the first dean of women, and then, from 1976 to 1990, secretary to the business manager. From 1958 to 1965, she was executive secretary to the superintendent of schools in East Orange. Most recently, Mrs. Tracy was a receptionist at the Van Dyk Manor in Montclair from 1990 to 1999.
The recipient of many awards, Mrs. Tracy received the Distinguished Service Award last year from the Northeastern Bible College Alumni Association for her role as a mentor. She also was a member of the Mission Board of the Brookdale Baptist Church in Bloomfield.
Born in Somerville, Mass., Mrs. Tracy lived in Marblehead, Mass., Stamford, Conn., East Orange, Essex Fells, Bloomfield and Caldwell before returning to Bloomfield. She summered in Cape Sable Island and Bear Point, Nova Scotia.
Surviving are a son, Howard C.; a daughter, Deborah L. O'Shea; a brother, Thomas L. Symonds, and three grandchildren.
