Charles David Teague, 81, of Clarkdale died March 19. He was born November 14, 1926 in Globe.
He was an Army veteran and worked in Air Research in Phoenix.
David was an avid golfer who won many trophies. He was a member of the Verde Santa Fe Golf Club. Years ago, he ran the Verde Valley Country Club with his late wife Darlene. His other interests included fishing, bowling and dancing. He was a wonderful caring brother.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Darlene Teague.
David is survived by his companion, Joanne Coffman; sons, Michael David Teague of Virginia and Kent Teague, wife Kim of Arkansas; a daughter Stella Jane Kuntz of Mesa; two sisters, Mary Anne Dura, husband Onofre, of Cottonwood and Sally Jane Ochoa, husband Charles) of North Caroline; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A vigil service will be held on Sunday, October 23 in the Westcott Funeral Home at 6 p.m. A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, October 24th at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at 10 a.m.
