Parents: Cassius Marcellus Swerer and Phoebe Lindsey

Oren Myron Swerer, 50-year-old native of Tuttletown, died yesterday of a heart attack in a Fremont rest home.

Mr. Swerer made his home in Tuolumne County until about three years ago when he moved to Fremont.

He had been employed by the Pacific Gas & Electric Company and Pickering Lumber Corporation and was a veteran of World War II.

He was survived by his sister, Junetta of Sonora, and a half sister, Ellauise Mulock of Bakersfield.
