Sandra L. Albright, age 65, of Grand Haven passed away Monday, May 17, 2010, at a Muskegon hospital. She was born to Dwight and Grace (Thompson) Phillips in Fremont, MI on September 14, 1944. Sandy grew up in White Cloud, MI and married James A. Albright, Sr. there on February 15, 1964. He passed away April 2, 2009. Sandy was a member of Lakeshore Lutheran Church. She enjoyed sewing, baking, taking trips to the casino, gardening and traveling. She loved spending time with her family—especially her grandchildren. Sandy is survived by her daughter: Melissa Albright of Grand Haven; sons: James (Hilda) Albright, Jr. and Timothy (Erin) Albright, both of Grand Haven; Grandchildren: Zachary, Katelyn, Ciara, Jess, Audrey, Nicholas and Emily Albright & Jacob Picket; sister: Gloria (Everett) Rein of Illinois; brother: Leroy (Mary) Phillips of White Cloud; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother: Dwight and sisters: Marilyn, Annie & Delores. The service for Sandy will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at Lakeshore Lutheran Church with Pastor Mark Pflug officiating. Family will greet friends and relatives on Wednesday, May 19th from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Klaassen Family Funeral Home. Interment will be at Grand Haven Township Lakeshore Cemetery.
