Born Dec. 18, 1916 in Lodi, California, she was a longtime Reno resident of 67 years, having lived in Westfield Village.
In her earlier years, Mrs. Farnesi was a licensed cosmetologist. She enjoyed gardening and loved being in the outdoors.
Mrs. Farnesi was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Jack Farnesi.
She is survived by her son, Dennis (Ana) Farnesi, of Zephyr Cove; brother, Patrick Gallagher, of Lodi; sisters: Billie Flamm, of Oakland, CA, and Hazel Weir, of Grants Pass, OR; and grandson, Darren Farnesi M.D., of San Diego, CA.
There will be a funeral service at noon Wednesday, with burial to follow in Mountain View Cemetery.
