Irv Samuel Goodman, 55, of Fort Collins, died Sunday, May 14, 2000, at home. He was born Oct. 4, 1944, in Chicago to Saul Leonard Goodman and Esther Rae (Feltenstein) Goodman.
He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Indiana and a law degree from California Western.
He married Linda C. Navarro Martinez on Aug. 31, 1997, in Fort Collins. He lived in the East Chicago area and in Sausalito, Calif., for seven years. He lived in Fort Collins for four years.
He was an evangelist and an attorney. He was the founder of Liberty Truth and Love Proclamations, Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity, B'nai B'rith youth organization and National Honor Society. He attended Fort Collins City Church, Morningstar Fellowship Church and Gateway Community Church.
Survivors include his wife; two sons; two daughters; one brother; one sister; and three grandchildren. Bohlender Funeral Chapel
