She was born January 12, 1937, in Ross County, to the late Hobart W. and Grace G. Barnhart Muntz. On October 11, 1953, she married Richard V. Cunningham who passed January 6, 1991.
Surviving are children, Cynthia Ford, of Greenfield, Tina (Denver) Fore, of Chillicothe, Holly Franko, of New Albany, Terence (Amy Spindler) Cunningham, of Chillicothe, Tamera (Darren) Price, of Chillicothe; a daughter-in-law, Lori Cunningham, of Chillicothe; longtime companion and fiance, Duane "Dobie" Ruschmann, of Chillicothe; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her oldest son, Randolph "Randy" Cunningham; a great granddaughter; a brother; and two sisters.
Judy attended Southeastern High School where she was a cheerleader and majorette. She was dedicated to raising her "six hams" (better known as her children). Judy loved her grandchildren, bird watching, gardening, football, basketball, watching Judge Judy, and camping with Dobie and family. Above all, she especially enjoyed catalog shopping and making her house a home.
A public graveside service will be held for anyone who wishes to attend at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2022 in Londonderry Cemetery. WARE FUNERAL HOME
