Clarence Wallace Craig, age 89, died July 17, 1997 in Price.

Born September 14, 1907 in Lehigh, Oklahoma to George Dallas and Elizabeth Harris Craig. Married Martha Fry December 14, 1935 in Fruita, Colorado. She died August 23, 1981. He was a member of the Price Chapel-Christian Missionary Alliance Church and a member of the U.M.W.A. Dictrict #22, where he retired from Columbia Mine in 1966 with 20 years of dedicated service.He is survived by three children and their spouses, James W. and Patsy Craig, Chandler, AZ; William R. and Nancy Craig, Price; Sandra H. and William Bachler, Springville; brother-in-law and spouse, Perry and Dorothy Fry, Price. Also survived by 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and a community of dear friends. Preceded in death by children, Martha Ann and Thomas Lee.

Funeral service, Tuesday, July 22, 1997, 10:30 a.m. in the Price Chapel-Christian Missionary Alliance Church. Family will be at the church, Tuesday, one hour prior to services. Friends are welcome at Mitchell Funeral Home daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Interment: Price City Cemetery.
