OBITUARY
Ida Rose Albers was born December 9, 1880, at Fairbury, Ills. and departed this life Febr. 18, 1922, aged 41 years, 2 months and 9 days.
She moved with her parents in 1883 to the family homestead near Bloody Run, Sherman county, Nebraska, where she grew to womanhood.
She was united in marriage to Jacob Albers August 18, 1903, to which union was born six children, five girls, Anna, Mayme, Minnie, Fredia and Mildred, and one son, George, all of whom survive their mother. Aside from her husband and little ones she leaves to mourn her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. C.E. Haller, two brothers John and George, two sisters, Clara and Freida, and other relatives and a host of friends and neighbors who knew her as a devoted mother, and a kind and considerate friend.
The funeral services were held at the Litchfield Methodist church Tuesday, February 21st, conducted by Rev. E.C. Kemble, and the remains were interred in the Litchfield cemetery.
Several beautiful and appropriate selections were rendered by a mixed quartette composed of Mesdames Cora Swanson and Ethel Grice and Messrs. Med Parry and R.B. Proctor.
