Elva May Zimmerman, daughter of Charles and Luella Zimmerman, was born July 24, 1908 in Orland, Ohio and passed away on June 16 1943, at the age of 34 years, 10 months and 23 days.
At the age of five years she moved and resided with her parents at Danen, Wisconsin until the age of fifteen when they moved to Loup City, Nebraska where she grew to womanhood.
She graduated from the Loup City high school and later attended the St. Paul Business College.
At the age of 18 she gave her life to Christ. On February 19, 1933 she was united in marriage to Frans Anderson of Litchfield, where they made their home until the time of her death.
To this union was born one daughter, Bethine Wilma.
She was preceded in death by her father, Chas. Zimmerman on June 11, 1931.
She leaves to mourn her loss, her husband, daughter Bethine and her mother, Mrs. Luella Zimmerman of Mason City, and four brothers, Claude of Loup City, Lester, Arcadia, Harold of Mason City and Pvt. Ray Zimmerman of Fort Bliss, Texas.
She was a kind and loving wife, mother and friend. Always willing to help others. She was stricken in April 1942, and remained in ill health until her death.
