FLORENCE L STARKWEATHER Worcester, Jan 6--Funeral services for Miss Florence L Starkweather, who died early Wednesday evening at her sister's home in Schenectady, were held at 2 Saturday afternoon from the Skinner funeral home. George J Murdock, pastor of the Presbyterian church, officiated, assisted by Rev A D Finch of Ithaca, former local pastor. Interment was in Maple Grove cemetery. Miss Starkweather was born in Worcester, the daughter of Eugene and Lillian Starkweather. She was educated at Worcester high school and Oneonta Normal school, and had done extensive summer work at the Albany State Teachers college, University of Rochester and at Chautauqua. She was a member of the Worcester central school, having taught the first grade for 23 years ...

Surviving are her mother, one sister, Mrs Sigmond W Schellkopf of Schenectady, one brother, David Starkweather of Oneonta; three nephews, Lee and Daniel Starkweather of Oneonta and Julian Kurt Schellkopf of Schenectady.
