Out of Town Notes -- The double affliction that has befallen Frank Tomson of Dover, calls forth the utmost sympathy of his scores of friends. Sunday, April 19th his baby boy, about six weeks old, was taken from him. Following soon after the death of his young wife, it is indeed a hard blow."
