ADA, Oct. 11 - A heart attack Monday afternoon caused the death of J. William Adams, 60, a farmer and a native of Hardin-co, at his home.

Born Sept. 11, 1878, he is survived by his wife; a son, Fordyce, of Alger; a daughter, Mrs. Edna Miller, Lima; four brothers, John, Lafayette; Charles, Newton and Elza, all of Erie, Pa.; and two sisters, Rose Lantz of Cambridge, Pa., and Ella Klingler, of Ada.

Rev. C. L. Stager will conduct rites at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Lantz funeral home and burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery. The body will remain at the mortuary.

Adams was a member of the Ada Lutheran church.
