This was great great grandmother. she was my grandpa Coley's mother. Everybody called her "MAMMY". Her parents were Obidiah Noel and Nancy Elizabeth McElyea Koon. Her parents died 12 days apart when she was a teenager. She helped raise her younger sisters and brothers until they were placed in an orphanage in Mississippi.
