Linda Eve Rice, 61, of Hillsboro, died Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at Highland District Hospital.
She was born Dec. 24, 1948 in Clearfield, Ky., the daughter of the late Charles Roscoe and Vona Kathleen Lambert Cundiff.
She is survived by two children, Gene Rice of Hillsboro and Lilly (Jeff) Berwanger of Greenfield; grandson, Roger Adam Rice-Berwanger; stepgrandsons, Jaremiah D. and Philip J. Berwanger; sisters, Janice Franklin of Montana, Gale (Daniel) Michael of Hillsboro, Carla Cundiff of Hillsboro, Juanita (Bruce) Hartley of Leesburg and Audrey Daniels of Hillsboro; sister-in-law, Pin Cundiff of New Vienna; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and many close friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Adam Charles Rice; infant sister, Harriett Kay Cundiff; and four brothers, Jackie D. Cundiff, Rex T. Cundiff, Gordon F. Cundiff and David Cundiff.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 28 at the New Vienna IOOF Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 27 from 5-7 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
