Her full name was Christina Maria Frolander Hoffman Snow Erickson. Her real husband was Herman Hoffman. He stayed in Sweden, never joined the church, and divorced her. She was sealed to an old friend, Peter Erickson, but it was a marriage in name only. Her father committed suicide so at that time the church wouldn't allow anyone to be sealed to him. She was sealed to Erastus Snow as his child. She joined the church in Sweden and sent her children one or two at a time to "Zion" as funds were available.
