Chase Andrew Martin , 17, of 1482 County Home Rd., went to be with the Lord, from complications of heart failure, Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2005.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Warren Gibson.
Chase was born May 20, 1988. He was a junior at Springville High School. Chase was a member of Prairie Chapel United Methodist Church, Prairie Chapel UMYF, Prairie Union Wildcats 4-H Club and Linn County 4-H Youth Council.
Chase was his sister Carly's biggest fan. He loved his Springville sports very much even though his heart complications would not allow him to participate. He loved farming and the Iowa State Cyclones.
Chase was deeply loved and an inspiration to many people. He will be loved in his family's hearts forever.
