A native of Tallahassee, Brian was in the heavy equipment and road construction business for most of his adult life. He graduated from Leon High School (1975) and attended Tallahassee Community College, as well as Lively Vo-Tech. He is survived by his daughters, Candace, Tiffany, Brittany and Courtney, all of Tallahassee; his son Thomas of Ft. Walton Beach; his nine living siblings, Richard (Ann) Coughlin of Pompano Beach, Louise (Leo) Curtin of Inverness, Carroll (Larry) Keough of Abington, Mass., Kevin Coughlin of Redwood City, CA, Kathee Coughlin of Tallahassee, Hannah Harrell of Jacksonville,and Terry (Marilyn) Coughlin, Tim (Naomi) Coughlin, and Brent (Stephanie) Coughlin, all of Tallahassee. He is also survived by 10 nieces and 8 nephews, as well as a dear friend, Diana Bynum of Calvary, GA.
