David W. Guernsey, 33, of Diamond City, Ark., formerly of Buffalo, died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2000, in Arkansas.
He was born Sept. 10, 1966, in Springfield, the son of Philip and Helen Guernsey.
Mr. Guernsey was a carpet layer.
Survivors: a son, Brian Guernsey of Buffalo; a daughter, Emilee Guernsey of Lead Hill, Ark.; mother, Helen Guernsey of Buffalo; father, Philip (wife, Nancy) Guernsey of Pleasant Plains; a brother, Don Guernsey of Mesa, Ariz.; three stepbrothers, Todd, Brian and Eric McMillian; grandmother, Erma Guernsey of Springfield; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial services: 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, St. Joseph's Church in Buffalo, the Rev. K. Steffan officiating.
