Stella was born to Stephen Budzisz and Apolonia Wojcik, She had two children by Frank Marshall, which was Pauline Marshall Nelson and Edward Eugene Marshall. After Frank died, Stella was sent to New Waverly to marry Stash Vetuski and she had 5 girls by him. After Stash died around 1930, Stella was sent to a State Hospital in Austin, TX. Most of her children were sent to live with Maggie her step daughter. Pauline and Edward filled out a application in 1937 to the Social Security department that their father was Frank Marshall and used the Marshall name. They both had said that their father was Polish and had the Polish spelling of Marshall which was Marszalek. They had put down that Frank was from Bremond, TX.
