Danny K. Payne, 61, died Friday, July 10, 2009 at his home in Fulton.
He was born March 4, 1948 in Fulton, the son of the late Charles Payne and Minnie Payne.
He is survived by two sons, Darren Payne and David Payne, both of Columbia, one sister, Ramona McLain of Fulton, three brothers, Ronnie Payne of Mexico, Jerry Payne of Fulton and Roger Payne of Auxvasse, two grandsons and one granddaughter.
He was proceeded in death by his parents.
Danny served his country in the United States Navy.
He loved to travel and enjoyed writing poetry.
Memorial services will be Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 2:00PM at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. Interment will be at Callaway Memorial Gardens.
Donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
