Services for Charley Wesley Taylor, Sr., were held at Lueders Church of Christ with Bill Pogue, minister and Dale King, minister in Stamford officiating. Mr. Taylor moved to Lubbock four months ago.

Susan Ella Thomas married Charles W. Taylor on 30 December 1909 at Lampasas. The couple moved to Lueders in 1928.

Survived by one daughter - Mrs. Barbara Ferguson; seven sons - Joe W., Roy C., Jesse L., Charles C., Connie A. and Clifton W. Taylor; 30 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
