WEST FAIRVIEW, Jan 28 -- Samuel Addams, of Good Hope, a brother of William and John Addams, of this place, died at his home on Monday night of appendicitis, after an illness of but forty-eight hours. The funeral will take place Friday at 10 o'clock at the Brick Church, near Fairview, Rev. W. A. Wolgamuth officiating.
