Mrs. Cooter Passes Away
Dies of Complications At Residence Here
Mrs. Martha Anne Cooter, 90, died at her home this morning on west Second street of old age and complications. Mrs. Cooter fell and broke her hip June 20 of this year and has not walked since.
Survivors are nine children, Charles S. Cooter, Des Moines, Iowa; Mrs. Estella M. Janes, Toledo, Ill.; Mrs. Mussette Morrison, Royal Oak, Mich., Orlando L. Cooter, Minnesota; Mrs. Corinne Miller of this city; Mrs. Laura Burton of Gosport; Oliver B. Cooter, Miacha, Ore.; Gertrude Cooter of Bloomington, Mrs. Odessa Myers of Bloomington; ten grand children, and three great grand children.
Mrs. Cooter's husband, Benjamin F. Cooter, died January 27, 1928. Mrs. Cooter is a member of the Lincoln Street Church of Christ. She has resided in Bloomington for 30 years. The deceased will lie in state at the home, 1018 west Second street, Sunday and Monday morning.
Funeral services will be held at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Robert Myers, 509 west Kirkwood avenue.
