Billie J. Nolen, 72, of Hackett died Saturday, Oct. 7, 2000, in Fort Smith.
She was a homemaker and a member of Plainview Assembly of God.
Graveside service was 10 a.m. Tuesday at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
She is survived by four daughters, Debra Goff of Uniontown, Shirley Lee of Van Buren and Sharon Jacobs and Mary Gilbert, both of Fort Smith; four sons, Bruce Neighbors of Hackett and Rick, Billy and Bobby Nolen, all of Fort Smith; five sisters, Ellen Ginn of Bentonville, Mildred Peak, Pauline Roberts and Corine Turnipseed, all of Fort Smith, and Sue Steele of Pocola; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
