Kelly Newton Creech

Kelly Newton Creech, age 22, passed away early Sunday morning in a boating accident at Lake Whitney. Kelly was born in Dallas to Bobby and Sherry Hutchins Creech. He was raised in Maypearl, graduating from Maypearl High School in 1996. He played basketball, golf, cross county and band while in high school. Kelly attended IBEW Technical School in Dallas, where he served his elecrical apprenticeship and was a member of IBEW Local 20. Kelly was an avid fisherman and a member of the Red Oak Bass Club.
He is survived by his parents, Bobby and Sherry Creech of Maypearl; two brothers, Roger and his wife Lollie and their daughter of Hillsboro; and Travis and his wife Michele and their daughter; and special girlfriend, April Burleson, all of Maypearl. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his Grandparents:

The family will receive friends and relatives from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday evening at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel with Brother Tony Sheffield officiating. Interment will follow at the Maypearl Cemetery.
