Surviving are widower, Charles D. Worthy Sr.; sons, Charles Donald Worthy Jr. of Seneca and James C. Worthy of Florence, Ala.; daughter, Keteurah Anne Paulk of Highlands, N.C.; sister, Mary Sue Bryan of Arab, Ala.; and four grandchildren.
She was the daughter of the late James G. and Anne Stamps Carnes.
Graveside services are at 4 p.m. Saturday at Old Stone Church cemetery.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the American Diabetes Association.
