Ruth Kelley Johnson, age 83, of Canton (formerly of Albany), passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2010, at Canton Nursing Center.
Mrs. Johnson retired from Southern Bell with over 40 years of service. She was married to Aulton (Spud) Johnson of Albany for 63 years. She was a member of the Albany Women's Exchange Club, a volunteer for Meals on Wheels, and was a member of Byne Memorial Baptist Church in Albany for 56 years where she taught Sunday School and was a member of the choir.
