When his body touched an 11,000-volt overhead wire while he was cleaning windows on top of a cabin car, James Calvin McKinstry, 52, of 1017 Chestnut Avenue was killed in the Pennsylvania railroad yard in Harrisburg. Mr. McKinstry was a freight conductor on the Middle division.
