Mrs. Kathryn McKinstry, aged 70, died Wednesday, June 27, at 8 p.m. at her home in Altoona, of an illness that beset her six months ago, following pneumonia.

She had visited in New Castle frequently and leaves many friends and relatives to mourn her loss. She was the widow of James T. McKinstry.

She is survived by the following children: Mrs. Helen Lutz, Mrs. Hazel Moran, Calvin, Mary and James McKinstry, all of Altoona, also the following brothers and sisters: George McCormick, Lewistown; Mary McCormick, Harrisburg; S.R. McCormick, New Castle, James McCormick, Columbus, Ohio, Mrs. Sara Mone, Altoona.

Funeral services will be held in Altoona Saturday at one o'clock and interment will be made in Juniata cemetery, McVeytown.
