Pamela is survived by her devoted husband of 33 years Harvey Ramsey of Stockton, her loving children; Kirck Ramsey and Katina Curley and son-in-law; James, all of Stockton, and her beloved grandson; Andrew Ramsey-Gurley. Her mother, Herma Lee Davis, and stepfather Vernon of Stockton, and her father J.M. Toby and stepmother Peggy of New Mexico, and 1 brother Billy Toby of New Mexico also survived her.
