Mrs. William Ankrom died at her home, near Jefferson, this county, Sunday morning at 2 o'clock, aged 51 years, of pulmonary trouble. Mrs. Ankrom was an excellent christian woman, having been a life-long member of the Bethlehem Baptist church. She is survived by her husband and four sons and two daughters, also one brother, George Stillwell, of Ruff's Creek and one sister, Miss Martha Stillwell, of Jefferson.
