Gregory "Greg" James Clark passed away June 9, 2010, at his home in Watsonville after a courageous three-year battle with cancer. He was 44. Born and raised in Aromas, he attended Aromas School, St. Francis for junior high and graduated from Watsonville High School. He then received an Associate's Degree from Cabrillo College and transferred to Chico State University. Mr. Clark returned to the Pajaro Valley to farm. He did this for 22 years, growing berries and zucchini. He enjoyed traveling, gardening, cooking and barbecuing for family and friends.

Mr. Clark leaves behind his partner and best friend, Sandra Malatesta, parents, Mary Ann and Jim Clark, sister, Laurie Steven Dobler, and two nephews, Jacob and Brian Dobler, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., at Valley Catholic Church. Private burial will take place earlier. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Mehl's Colonial Chapel. Donations are preferred to St. Francis Central Coast High School, 2400 E. Lake Ave., Watsonville, CA 95076, or Hospice Caring Project, 940 Disc Dr., Scotts Valley, CA 95066.
