Khoshaba, 18, died when the 1994 Saturn they were driving in struck a concrete wall, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol. The report, filed by THP Trooper Aaron Evan, said that around 2:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Khoshaba attempted to pass a 1991 Honda being driven by Mark Perkins, 18, of Lake City. It was at this point both vehicles began "to exceed the posted speed limit by several miles per hour," according to the THP report. Coming near a railroad underpass, Khoshaba then attempted to change lanes but lost control of his vehicle. At this point he allegedly struck a concrete wall, crossed the road and hit an embankment before stopping, THP reported. Both were wearing a seatbelt. An investigation is on going with charges pending, according to Evans' report.
