Anna was born to Edward Henry Allison and Irma Theresa (Angel) Allison. She married Charles A. Franklin on Dec. 7, 1946, in Peoria. He passed away March 6, 1983, in Peoria.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Patsy A. Rogers; and one brother, Edward Allison.
Survivors include one daughter, Lora (Glenn) Hinners of Bellevue; one son, Charles (Kathryn) Franklin Jr. of Cuba, where Anna was living at the time of her death; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Marilyn Jones of Peoria and Dorothy (Donald) Cox of Spring Bay.
Anna worked for the Boss Glove factory and was an avid bingo player.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in West Peoria.
