PLEASUREVILLE - YOUNT, MARY KATHLEEN, 74, died Friday, June 11, 2010.
She was born in Bethlehem, KY, the daughter of the late Reuben W. and Lillian Kelly Yount.
She had worked as a Registered Nurse at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Luther Luckett Hospital in LaGrange and Kings Daughters Hospital in Frankfort. She was a member of the Henry County Care Team, a school mentor and was a member of Point Pleasant Christian Church.
She is survived by three brothers, William Sidney Yount and Robert Lee Yount, both of Bethlehem and Leonard A. Yount of Pleasureville; one sister, Martha Clements of Lockport; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday, June 13, 2010, at Point Pleasant Christian Church. Rev. Dawn Montgomery will officiate. Interment will be in Pleasureville Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2010, at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville.
