Warren Carson Hubbard was the fifth of ten children born to his parents. Warren Hubbard grows to maturity in the area of Iowa where he was born. He marries Anna Mews in Floyd Co., IA on September 9, 1886. They have four children together. The first three are born in Iowa, but it is only son Harvey Edward Hubbard who lives to adulthood. The family moves to Washington state by 1896, and is living near Seattle by 1900. On March 20, 1901, Anna Mews Hubbard has her last child, a stillborn son, and dies from the complications of the birth. Two months later Warren Hubbard re-marries, this time to Jennie Moynihan. This second marriage lasts 14 years, until Jennie Hubbard's death in 1915. Warren Hubbard lives another 3 years, dying in 1918 at age 58.
