He was retired from L.B. Smith Inc. as a welder. Arthur was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII.
Surviving are his loving wife of 72 years, Margaret M. (Landis) Arnold; one daughter, Linda L. Loya of Victoria, Texas; two nephews and one niece.
He was preceded in death by his son, John L. Arnold.
Arthur was a very confident and talented man who possessed a natural ability to create and fix most anything. He enjoyed working with his hands.
Graveside Memorial Services and Inurnment will be held Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at 11:00 am in the Churchville Cemetery, Oberlin. There will be no viewing or visitation.
