Elna A. Westfall, 102, of Fergus Falls, formerly of Rothsay, died Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2008, at Pioneer Retirement Community in Fergus Falls.

Elna Adelle Danielson Westfall was born March 20, 1906, in rural Rothsay, the twin daughter of Solomon and Mary (Fors) Danielson, into a family of 10 children. She attended rural school District 28, and later attending Bethel Academy of St. Paul.

On March 28, 1934, she married Walter Westfall, and they farmed near Rothsay until Walter's death in 1988.

Elna moved to Fergus Falls that fall, and has lived there since.

She was an active member of the Rothsay Baptist Church, and attended First Baptist Church in Fergus Falls after her move.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and all nine of her siblings, including her twin sister, Edna.

Memorials are preferred to the Pioneer Auxiliary or Wycliffe Bible Translators.

Visitation: Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home

Service: 1 p.m. Monday, at Olson Funeral Home Chapel, Fergus Falls
