Following Harold's retirement in 1958 Harold and Reva moved to Silver Lake near Mears, Michigan to make their home. After Harold passed away in 1965 Reva worked for, and lived above, the Tate-Weaver Funeral Home in Hart, Michigan for a number of years.
Reva enjoyed sewing, and made numerous quilts, neckties, and other items in cooperation with the Ladies Aid Society to help those in need. She later retired again to live near her friends Mr. and Mrs. Worth in the Mears/Silver Lake area of Michigan until her passing.
