I have known David since I was 6 yrs. old. [I'm now 54] I grew up with & around his entire family. Was @ one time very close to 2 of his sister's. Bev & Nancy. I 'am so sorry to hear of David's passing. But, know he is now resting in the arms of Jesus.
David E. Bird, 62, passed away Friday, June 18, 2010, at his residence, with his family at his side. Mr. Bird is loved very much and will be missed dearly. Mr. Bird was a Vietnam veteran. Mr. Bird was preceded in death by his parents, James T.S. Bird and Martha E. Felts-Bird, and sister, Martha A. Parsons. Survivors: Son, David F. Bird; son-in-law, Michael A. Gomez; daughters, Tina Bird-Gomez, Martha Yvonne Bird; brothers, James Bird, Philip Bird; sisters, Beverly Hurtt, Almalyn Hunter and Nancy Rice; grandchildren, Shelly Castanon-Rodriguez, David Rodriguez, Mariah Garcia-Bird, Steven Castanon, Farrah Bird, David F. Bird Jr.; and a multitude of other family and friends.
