Henry was a son of Bradford Huntley & Mary A. Cline.

He served in the Civil War.

He enlisted on 4 Aug 1862 at Franklin County, Vermont as a Private in Company A, 5th Regiment, Vermont Volunteer Infantry. He was discharged on 24 Jul 1864.

He was admitted to the Eastern Branch of the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers at Togus, Maine on 26 Nov 1883. He was discharged at Request on 19 Mar 1884.
