Many old friends and neighbors of Mrs. Caroline Mary Abair were saddened by her death Friday at her home in Wenatchee. She was a former Monitor resident for many years on Richared Drive. She had been ill for several years and had undergone many operations and treatment on the cause for cancer. Surviving are her husband, Edward, and two sons, Jess manager of the Fruit Growers Service at Monitor and Reuben a Monitor orchardist and one daughter, Mrs. Pearl Vogel who recently moved to Longview. Large numbers of friends attended the Rosary service Sunday evening and funeral services Monday at St Joseph's Catholic Church.
