In loving memory, we announce the passing of Ada "Beth" Foester Bone, 74, of Tyler.

Surrounded by her children, she passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2008.

Beth was born on Oct. 15, 1933, in Victoria to the late Myrtle Hattie Buehring and Curtis Marsh Foester Sr.

Beth's early childhood was spent on a ranch riding horses and helping her Dad with his cattle. She attended Stephens College with a subsequent tenure at the University of Hawaii. Beth married James E. Bone Jr. in Mattoon, Ill., on Feb. 14, 1954, and had four beautiful children.

Beth always held a special place in her heart for Jesus, and has been active in churches everywhere she lived. She was a joy to all who knew her, and her life was defined by her unfailing faith in God, and her tender mercy for others. To Beth, this life is not an end, but rather the beginning of Eternal Life.

Family and friends grieve the loss of her unconditional loving heart and her kind and gentle spirit. We trust and rejoice in the promise of seeing her again, and will be comforted by the treasured memories which will live in our hearts forever.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 plus years, James E. Bone Jr.

Beth is survived by her loving family including daughter, Sherry Bone Peel of Dallas; sons, Barry Bone and wife Tami of Austin, Jamie Bone and wife Mary of Wimberley, David Bone and wife Amy of Tyler; grandchildren, Justin and Travis Bone, Bryan, Michael and Brea Bone, Lauren and Christian Bone; brother, Curtis Foester and wife DeLona of Port Lavaca; and nieces, DeLisa Hutchison of Austin, and Gay Woodward and husband Mark of New Braunfels.
